Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are not included in your package price. Your Food choices are decided by yourself on your arrival. We want to give flexibility to our clients on there food choices.
FOOD OPTION CHOICES AT THE CAMP
Option 1 -
Use our partners - Healthy Food Company - they will show you a sample menu for the week ahead. New menu on a weekly basis. You order by whats-app and get daily delivery. ( You order your meals on sat for the week ahead ).
Meals on sat/sun are delivered on Friday.
MEAL OPTIONS
- 1200 Calories - 3 Meals - €16 euros - per day
- 1700 Calories - 3 Meals - €18 euros - per day
- 2200 Calories - 3 Meals - €20 euros - per day
*Meals Mon-Sunday*

HOW TO ORDER - contact Healthy Food Company on whats app and choose your meals for the week ahead from there menu.

Option 2 -
Cook your own meals to your own requirements in your own kitchen * follow your meal plan * - Average Costs = €50-100.
Must have a kitchen in the apt you book. Our camp apartments have fully equipped kitchen and some hotel options have also.
Please note some apartments and hotels might not have this option.*Mon-Sunday*
( Good option to reach your nutrition targets for the week on camp ).
Option 3 -
Eat at the Camp Fitness Health club, there is a restaurant on site.
Breakfast - €2-€6 euros - Healthy meal choices available.
Lunch - €8-14 euros - Daily lunch menu for €8-10 euros plus full lunch menu - lots of choices and healthy options.
Snacks / Protein Shakes / Coffees - You can get a protein shake / smoothie - €3.50 - Coffees from €2 and snack options available - Fruit bowl €5 Restaurant is open - 8am-11pm 7 days a week.
Option 4 -
Booked into a hotel - Choose half board or breakfast or lunch at your hotel. Gentle Note - To ask before you upgrade about healthy food choices before you book.
Option 5 -
Explore Tenerife's different restaurants in the area.
Tenerife has hundreds of different restaurants available.
For clients that are not following a meal plan on camp and want to enjoy different food choices and have more flexibility.( If you were looking to change your physique on camp would not be the recommended option, completely your own choice on your nutrition goals ).

EVENING MEALS
Gentle Note - we have organized evening meals every evening at selected restaurants nearby, where you can experience excellent tasty food with lots of healthy options. You are just just taking into consideration your Breakfast + Lunch + Snack or if you are on a certain meal plan that you need more meals.
NUTRITION PLAN ON FITNESS CAMP ( OPTIONAL )
On arrival we will provide you with a meal plan for the 7 days. As you are on holidays and also exercising a lot more in a week than you would back home, your calorie intake will be higher than it would be on our 8 week take home nutrition plan. ( Please fill in the online questionnaire to help us do this plan for you ).
8 WEEK TAKE HOME NUTRITION PLAN ( OPTIONAL )
When you leave camp we will provide you with a personalized nutrition plan to follow for 8 weeks after you leave the camp so you can transform your physique. This plan will be different from the plan on the Fitness Camp. ( Please fill in the online questionnaire to help us do this plan for you ).
TRACK YOUR FOOD PROGRESS ( Optional )
Our fitness Team will guide you on how to use the App - My Fitness Pal - Here you can track your goal calories so you can reach your daily and weekly targets with healthy Protein, Carbs and Fats.
At the fitness camp it's all about maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle that you can use when your back home so you can reach your body and health goals.
We do a weekly trip to the local supermarket Lidl where you can purchase extra water, coffee, teas, protein powders, fruit and if you require extra food as part of your meal plan. ( Some guests might require extra protein, carbs and fats as part of there meal plan, so need to get extra meals in ).

- On arrival based on your fitness goals, we will prepare a holiday food plan for your Fitness Holiday Week.
- If you are looking to Lose weight, tone up, add muscle, bulk up, we can help you with a food plan to assist your goals.
- On leaving the Fitness Holiday Camp you can request a food plan by email to use back home.
- The food plans you can continue to use for the next 3 months to maintain your fitness goals back home.
- All food plans are optional and completely your choice in the Fitness Holiday Week.
