THE FITNESS BODY CAMP PROGRAMME

The fitness camp runs for 7 Night packages. The fitness programme schedule will run for 6 days in a week. Majority of Fitness Activities happen in the morning, giving you lots of time to explore the Island's beautiful beaches, shopping, tourist attractions, relax and have fun.

You also have option to book 4-12 week packages at a discounted rate or a 4 Night package.

WHEN TO ARRIVE AND FLY
BACK

FULL WEEK ( SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ) / HALF WEEK ( SUNDAY T0 THURS )
You can fly in on a Sunday and fly back anytime the following Sunday or fly back on the Thurs if you are on the 4 Night Package. The actual fitness sessions start on a Monday Morning and end on a Saturday Midday.

Once checked in, feel free to chill by the pool, hit the beach, explore the area. A welcome introduction will be on Monday Lunch time. Later on sunday evening 7.30pm we will have a reservation at a nearby restaurant for your group.

YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ATTEND MORE FITNESS CLASSES IN THE BEACH CLUB GYM AND ALSO USE THE FULL EQUIPMENT GYM AT ANYTIME DURING THE OPENING HOURS. THERE IS A SEPARATE ACTIVE TIMETABLE WHERE YOU CAN JOIN MORE CLASSES IF NEEDED.

Gym has wide selection Dumbbells from 1kg -32.5kg, lots of different bodybuilding machines for upper body and lower body. Cable Pulleys, Functional Trainers, Squat Racks, Power-lifting, Bench Press, Leg presses, Thread mills, Stair-masters, Selection of Bikes, Abdominal machines, yoga mats.
